Complete Overhaul
With time, dust builds up, oil dries out, and parts can fail in mechanical watches. This will eventually cause the watch to keep time poorly, and in serious cases, stop functioning altogether. Whether this has already occurred, or you would like to take preventative measures, a service is your solution.
A full service begins with a complete disassembly of the intricate movement and a thorough cleaning in multiple ultrasonic cycles. After removing any grime, the watchmaker will examine all pieces and repair any damaged components. Then begins the rebuild. During this process, the watchmaker will precisely set all pieces, and add the perfect amount of oil to ensure smooth running. Following this, the watch enters our extensive timing phase, in which we monitor the performance and adjust accordingly.
We do all work in-house unless explicitly made clear to the customer. We can complete most services within 6 weeks. However, this is subject to change. Like with all of our work, each service includes a 1 year warranty against functional issues.
