With time, dust builds up, oil dries out, and parts can fail in mechanical watches. This can cause the watch to keep time poorly, and in serious cases, stop functioning altogether. Whether this has already occurred, or you would like to take preventative measures, a service is your solution.
A full service begins with a complete disassembly of the intricate movement. Each individual piece is throughly cleaned in multiple ultrasonic cycles and then repaired as necessary. During assembly, the watchmaker will precisely set each component and add the perfect amount of oil to ensure smooth running. The watch will then go through through extensive quality control in which we monitor performance and adjust accordingly.
All work is done exclusively in-house unless explicitly made clear to the customer. We can complete most services within 6 weeks, and we provide a 1 year warranty against functional issues.
