We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this. They use cookies and may record how you move through the site, but they never see what you type into our forms. If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, ATX Watches may send you text messages. These include transactional messages — repair and service status updates, ready-for-pickup notifications, invoices, purchase and sourcing-request follow-ups, and service reminders — individualized buy and sell offers about specific watches, and occasional promotional offers.
You can opt in by entering your number and checking the consent box on our in-store tablet intake form, by giving your number to our staff in person or by phone, or by texting us directly. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for assistance. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
