All watches listed on our website are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to display accurate descriptions and photos, slight variations may exist. We are not authorized dealers nor do we have any affiliation with any watch manufacturer.

Availability is not guaranteed. Watches are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A listing on our website does not constitute a binding offer to sell.

Most sales are conducted in person at our Austin boutique, and we can accommodate shipping for select transactions. We accept cash, wire transfers, certified funds, and major credit cards up to a $5,000. A valid government-issued ID is required for all transactions.

Sales tax will be applied in accordance with Texas state law.

Every watch sold by ATX Watches is carefully inspected in-house and guaranteed to be authentic. If a watch is found to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from ATX Watches. Messages include transactional updates (repair and service status, ready-for-pickup notices, invoices, purchase and sourcing follow-ups, and service reminders), individualized buy and sell offers about specific watches, and occasional promotional offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

ATX Watches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
