By accessing and using the ATX Watches website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Products & Pricing
All watches listed are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to display accurate descriptions and photos, slight variations may exist. Availability is not guaranteed; watches are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A listing does not constitute a binding offer to sell.
Purchases
Sales are conducted in person at our Austin boutique. We accept cash, wire transfers, and major credit cards. A valid government-issued ID is required for all transactions. Sales tax is applied in accordance with Texas state law.
Repairs & Services
Repair and service timelines are estimates and may change based on parts availability and the condition of the watch. We will communicate updates and obtain your approval before performing work beyond an agreed estimate. Items left for repair must be claimed within a reasonable period after completion.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every watch sold by ATX Watches is guaranteed to be authentic. If a watch is found to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from ATX Watches. Messages include transactional updates (repair and service status, ready-for-pickup notices, invoices, purchase and sourcing follow-ups, and service reminders), individualized buy and sell offers about specific watches, and occasional promotional offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Limitation of Liability
ATX Watches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
