While we primarily operate as an in-store boutique, we can accommodate shipping for select transactions.
In-Store Pickup
All purchases are available for immediate pickup at our Austin boutique. This is our preferred method of delivery, as it allows you to inspect your watch in person and ask any questions.

Insured Shipping
For customers who are unable to visit in person, we offer fully insured shipping via FedEx. Shipments may be subject to signature upon delivery and are insured for the full purchase value.

Selling & Shipping to Us
If you're looking to sell your watch, we strongly recommend dealing in store for the safest and fastest experience. However, if you can't visit in person, we can accommodate remote purchases. After agreeing on a price, we'll email you an insured shipping label to our facility. Upon receiving the watch(es) we will perform an inspection to confirm completeness and authenticity. If all checks out, we'll pay via wire, Zelle or your preferred method.
