Every watch purchased from ATX Watches is backed by our commitment to quality and authenticity.
Coverage
All watches purchased from ATX Watches include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This warranty covers defects in the mechanical movement, including timekeeping accuracy issues, power reserve problems, and internal component failures.
If your watch develops a mechanical issue during the warranty period, bring it to our store and our watchmakers will diagnose and repair the problem at no additional cost.
What's Not Covered
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, or dents from normal use
- Water damage in a) vintage watches or b) watches without a depth rating
- Water damage due to negligence such as leaving the crown unscrewed
- Damage caused by service or modification done outside of ATX Watches
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect such as a hard drop
How to Make a Claim
Bring your watch to our store and our team will evaluate the issue and, if covered under warranty, perform the necessary repairs.
Warranty repairs are expedited to be completed as quickly as possible. Timeframe can vary depending on the complexity of repair and the necessity of parts and subsequently their availability.
